Designers of buildings, cities and landscapes, we master the four main disciplines of environmental and social change.
4 DISCIPLINES
Climate change and health crises make us change the way we design and build cities, to preserve the planet and the quality of life for future generations. Through 4 disciplines, Richez_Associés is actively engaged in this transformation process.
Low carbon construction
Low carbon construction with a logical design intent, care is given to the selection and source of construction materials, taking into account the life cycle of each building.
Sustainable cities
Design neighbourhoods that are intense, pleasant and climatically comfortable where everyone finds their place and feels good.
Biodiversity
From small to large scale, restore the water cycle and install green networks to benefit all living creatures.
Low-carbon transportation
Give priority to pedestrians and soft transportation in our public space projects to facilitate the transition to low-carbon transport.
1 Lab
