For 2023, “the gender equality in the workplace index” defined by the French Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration, stands at 99 out of 100 at Richez_Associés.
The results achieved are calculated compared with the following indicators:

- The gender pay gap between women and men,
- The increase rate gap between women and men, 
- The number of employees who received a pay rise when they returned from maternity leave,
- The gender equality among the 10 highest earners.
